At Biba Cosmetic Solutions, our fine line and wrinkle consultations give you time to understand the changes you are noticing and the skin treatment options that are available. Our nurse-led team assesses your facial movement, skin quality and the areas where you have seen lines appear, and will talk you through any treatment options that may be suitable for you.
Fine lines tend to appear over time, often where your face moves the most, and everyone will notice them differently. Some people want to talk about lines that have set in over the years. Others just want to understand the changes they are noticing earlier on and discuss the options that may be appropriate for them. Wherever you sit, we start with an assessment and an honest conversation, not a treatment.

Horizontal forehead lines

During a consultation at Biba Cosmetics, your nurse will talk you through everything as we go. Any cosmetic treatment carries risks, and recovery is different for everyone. If you decide that you would like to go ahead and the treatment is suitable for you, your nurse will explain the specific risks, possible side effects and recovery involved before you consent.
Redness, tenderness or small marks in the treated area are common, and how much or how long these side effects will last will vary person to person. While less common, serious complications can occur. Your nurse will explain what to look out for and how to contact us if you have concerns. Biba Cosmetic Solutions is a nurse-led clinic. Our team includes AHPRA-registered nurses and certified dermal clinicians who are trained in facial balancing and overall facial harmony, so we read your whole face rather than treating one line on its own.
Biba is our Director and Senior Registered Nurse (AHPRA reg. NMW0001624955). Fifteen years of nursing experience, starting in Neurology, Stroke and Trauma at St George Hospital before moving into cosmetic aesthetics. Biba is known for careful facial assessments and honest, personalised guidance.
Hydie is our Registered Cosmetic and Dermal Nurse (AHPRA reg. NMW0002693693), with seven years of experience across laser treatments, skin health, skin rejuvenation and facial aesthetics with a warm approach that puts nervous clients at ease.
In addition to consultations for fine lines and wrinkles, Biba Cosmetic Solutions provides personalised assessments to address a variety of facial concerns.
Some consultations explore concerns relating to facial movement, jaw tension or facial balance. These discussions focus on comfort, balance and function, and follow the same assessment-first approach.
We also offer consultations for people experiencing excessive sweating in areas such as the underarms, hands or feet. These sessions discuss possible options and suitability based on your individual needs.

No. A consultation is an assessment and a conversation. It can end with information and no treatment, and that is a normal outcome. Nothing is carried out without your informed consent.
Most adults who are noticing early signs of ageing or changes in their skin and facial movement may be suitable for a consultation. Suitability depends on individual factors such as medical history, lifestyle and personal goals, all of which are discussed in detail at your appointment. You must be over the age of 18 to book a consultation at our Parramatta skin clinic.
They target different things. Some focus on skin quality, while facial volume-focused treatments address areas that have lost fullness. Many people find that they benefit from looking at both together, which is why we assess your whole face at a consultation.
