Amazing service all round x I have been seeing Biba for the last couple of months and have nothing but kind words to say. She is very talented at her work and listens to any concerns you have. She is really amazing inside and out. The girls at the front desk are also very lovely and customer service is always a 10/10. Highly recommend x

I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic! Biba was absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. I really appreciated her care, attention to detail and professionalism.

The receptionist was also very welcoming, kind and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

Thank you, Biba, and the lovely team! I highly recommend this clinic. ❤️

Biba was amazing and so is the team!!

I was so nervous and worried if I was going to look different or if my treatment didn’t suit my face. Biba listened to everything I wanted and made it happen!!

She’s also such a vibe and a lovely person, there was no awkwardness and I was more excited than nervous after meeting her!

The girls at the front desk were so welcoming, the clinic was clean and calming.

10/10 would be returning in the future 🤍
