Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Biba Cosmetic Solutions, we take pride in supplying high-quality skincare and cosmetic products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all product purchases are considered final and are non-refundable unless deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges may be permitted on unopened, unused products that remain in their original packaging and condition. All exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order and are subject to approval by BIBA Cosmetic Solutions.

As skincare and cosmetic products cannot be resold once they have left our premises, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, unwanted items, or products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our team within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to assist in assessing the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

BIBA Cosmetic Solutions reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

This policy does not affect or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Booking Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Provided sufficient notice is given, your $100 deposit will remain on your account as a credit and can be used towards a future appointment, treatment, or product purchase.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

Please note that booking deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be exchanged for cash. By securing an appointment with Biba Cosmetic Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they’re faulty or broken.
