What can I do if I don’t like my result?

We aspire to deliver results that always satisfy, but if for any reason you aren’t one hundred percent pleased with your results, the key advantage of using hyaluronic acid fillers (compared to collagen) is that they aren’t permanent, and will dissolve away over time.

While it’s normal for patients to be anxious in the first few days after a lip treatment, it’s expected that the lips will swell and may look slightly asymmetrical. After two weeks, a revision treatment can easily be performed if necessary. Please be aware that a separate charge will be made for this although it is extremely rare.

Do cosmetic injectable treatments hurt?

This depends you and your ability to tolerate pain. We try to make the treatment painless as possible by offering a range of medical devices to distract you from the pain, included a numbing gel which is pharmaceutically compounded for maximum effectiveness.

What should I do before my treatment to minimise bruising and swelling?

If you are looking for a way to minimise your chance of bruising and swelling, we highly recommend avoiding taking what is listed below for a week prior to and post-treatment:

Aspirin.
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (Ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen).
Fish oil supplements.
Vitamin E oils or tablets.
Alcohol.

Can I get cosmetic treatments done while pregnant or breastfeeding?
